As the climate crisis reshapes our coastline, the Siknuktuk Climate Adaptation Project, funded in part by the Government of Canada, is working to protect what matters most: our unique coastlines, and the future of our communities.
With coastal development rapidly accelerating in New Brunswick, often on land projected to be underwater in the coming decades, this project offers an urgent and alternative path forward: restoration, protection, and Indigenous-led conservation.
We, the people of Elsipogtog First Nation invite you to a public outreach event on June 12 in Sackville, NB. Come learn how you can help protect ecologically vital land, through Indigenous-led conservation, you can be part of passing on a legacy for future generations.
